Paper prints are processed by a professional printing company and are Giclee Archival prints on 300 gram archival satin paper. This paper has the perfect amount of sheen. Archival inks are used and with 12 color process for vibrant, perfect colors. 


Gallery wrapped canvas prints are printed with 100% archival inks with a 12 color process for perfect vibrant colors. These prints include with hanging hardware installed and felt bumpers. Gallery wrapped canvas are 1.5” in width for a museum art feel.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my item arrived damaged?

Please submit photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will replace the item at no cost to you once photos are received. Please save the item and its packaging. Our shipping contractor often sets up a time to pick up the damaged merchandise.

What if my item is lost in the mail? What if I submitted the incorrect address?

You will receive a tracking number update when your order is shipped. If your item's tracking states DELIVERED, we are not responsible if the package is lost/stolen. We will send a new item and charge you cost plus shipping if you want to purchase a replacement. If your item's tracking information doesn't get updated for several days, and item is truly lost and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Theft if more likely to occur around the holiday season. We suggest having your package delivered to a place where someone will be there when delivered. Please update your address in your Etsy account before purchasing! If you do not, this may result in your package getting sent to the incorrect address. This is not our responsibility.

What if there is an error on my map or other personalized item?

If it is our mistake, we will make the corrections and replace it at no cost to you. If this is your mistake, we will correct the issue and charge you cost plus shipping to make the replacement.Please be sure to double check all spelling of the information you submit to us.

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally. Please contact me prior to ordering for a shipping quote. Please provide your full address and the item size and description that you are interested in in the message so I can calculate an accurate price quote for you. Customer is responsible for customs and import duties that may apply.

Will I receive a proof of my map or other personalized item?

A proof of your map can be available upon request. You can request this in the "notes to seller" section at checkout. If requested, your proof will be sent to you within 48 hours of purchase through Etsy conversation. It will NOT be emailed to your personal email. If no proof is requested, no proof will be emailed prior to printing. Please double check your spelling. The information you submit will be printed exactly how you type it. If we have any questions regarding your order, you will be contacted. If you requested a proof, please be watching for it within 2-3 business days in Etsy conversation. If we do not get a response from you within 7 business days of our email, we will create your product exactly how you submitted the information

Can I see a proof of my map or other personalized item before I purchase?

No. Please be mindful of our design time. We want our current customers to have a great experience and provide our attention to them. All of the map designs that we have available are listed in the map section of our shop. Each listing explains the changeable options for the map. Please submit your specifications based on the changeable features of the map when you place your order.

Can you send a proof to my personal email?

No. We strongly believe if a purchase is made through Etsy, all communication should happen here as well. Depending on how you have set up your Etsy account preferences, Etsy will send you a copy of an Etsy Message to the email associated to your Etsy account. However, you cannot respond to the actual email since Etsy does not have the functionality to send that email back to an Etsy Message. You will need to sign into your Etsy account to respond to an Etsy Message. Please set up an Etsy account if you do not already have one.
